What attracted me to the tree?

The energy and atmosphere I felt as soon as I walked in. The team is absolutely brilliant - driven, creative and fun to work with. Everyone is keen on growing and learning from each other's skills. While it is great to learn from each other professionally, there is also an amazing social connection in the office. This was exactly the kind of work environment I was looking for.

My experience

Originally from Vienna, Austria, I came to London to pursue my Master's degree in Marketing Communications. I started my career back home at a small advertising agency and soon moved on to one of Austria's leading digital agencies working as a Social Media Manager with different clients from the food and lifestyle industry.

Exploring the different fields of digital marketing and social media - from paid advertising to content creation and community management - I soon found my love for digital strategy and creative thinking. I wanted to learn more about creating extraordinary campaigns and explore what makes different brand audiences tick. Having lived, studied and worked in different countries across the world, I'm excited to  work in a city known as a global creative hub and to bring my cross-cultural experience to the tree.

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.

...it’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree.

There’s a brilliant atmosphere here, and you can see that reflected in the quality of work.

Fortune favours the bold.

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?

There is such a collaborative nature working here.

We're all born naked and the rest is drag.

As soon as you walk in there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere

I work across an incredibly diverse range of clients at the tree.

Every day has been authentic and exciting.
