What attracted me to the tree?

I’ve always loved small agency culture because it lets you do you; with the tree, this was coupled with big agency structure and even bigger ambition. Plus they’re in Shoreditch, allowing me further excuse to never leave East London.

My experience

I started my career in online music journalism, interviewing bands and writing album reviews for - coincidentally - two network providers: Orange and 02 (it was a long time ago). This progressed to a career in TV, managing the websites and social platforms of the some of the biggest names in telly for James Grant Group, including Ant & Dec, Davina McCall and Holly Willoughby. It was here that I discovered a love for social media, so I joined Telegraph Hill to specialise in running campaigns for TV networks such as Discovery and SyFy Channel.

I flirted with freelancing for a few years soon after, running campaigns for some incredible brands including McDonald’s, Virgin Media and BBC Radio. Most recently I oversaw the social campaign for the series reboot of Crystal Maze on Channel 4 and relaunched Twitter UK with a new TOV and editorial style.

I’m looking forward to bringing my entertainment background to the tree and also, bringing the entertainment to every office party.

Meet the team

Be interesting and interested. That's what we ask of our staff.

The opportunity to build a team and service clients using your own ideas is exciting, isn’t it?

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.

...it’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree.

There’s a brilliant atmosphere here, and you can see that reflected in the quality of work.

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?

There is such a collaborative nature working here.

We're all born naked and the rest is drag.

As soon as you walk in there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere

I work across an incredibly diverse range of clients at the tree.

Every day has been authentic and exciting.
