What attracted me to the tree?

My first experience of the tree was that the team were all welcoming, fun and, most importantly, great at what they do. This has been confirmed day after day!

My experience

During my history degree at Glasgow University, I started working with a start-up social enterprise, Freedom Bakery, an artisan bakery working with people with convictions to reduce the reoffending rate in Scotland through employment opportunities. I worked on the comms and social media marketing whilst awakening a passion for artisan sourdough bread that I didn’t know existed.

From there I began working for a strategic communications company, Spreng Thomson. I was able to learn from a highly experienced team and work with a wide range of clients from renewable energy companies, a union of cruise terminals, a design studio and many more!

When I moved to London I was able to bring my broad B2B experience and enthusiasm for artisan bread to the tree as part of the client services team. I love building relationships with clients and the internal team.

Meet the team

The opportunity to build a team and service clients using your own ideas is exciting, isn’t it?

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.

...it’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree.

There’s a brilliant atmosphere here, and you can see that reflected in the quality of work.

Fortune favours the bold.

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?

We're all born naked and the rest is drag.

As soon as you walk in there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere

I work across an incredibly diverse range of clients at the tree.

Every day has been authentic and exciting.

Reduce, reuse, recycle.

While it is great to learn from each other professionally, there is also an amazing social
