As London’s leading creative recruiter, organic growth wasn’t enough to compete at the forefront of the sector.

As we helped Purple to grow their strategic content marketing and social media approach, we also needed to consistently compete for a broad number of search terms at the top of Google’s results.


Through close consultation we developed a highly efficient, scalable, pay-per-click advertising campaign across Google, social media and Bing.

The strategy is simple, but the execution is scientific. As with any account, the two main goals are to deliver PPC activity that reduces the cost per lead and increases the number of leads coming in.

Recruitment is a notoriously fiery industry for AdWords competition and search phrase SEO success. After some initial planning, keyword mapping and strategic user group targeting, we were able to deliver a bid management strategy, based on performance, making Purple's PPC digital advertising activity rocket. Ad copy was a crucial step in the process, as it had to be aligned with the brand messaging and content strategies we had in place.

It was great to see the initial lift in traffic and an almost instant boost in CV uploads. the tree worked hard to help us by nurturing and tweaking the account to try and filter the most relevant CVs which is the tricky process with regards to tracking.
