Daniel Andrews Founded the tree in 2014 following a number of years leading commercial and strategic roles at Zinc Media and Octopus Group now part of Publicis. He has a vision to build a fresh independent agency collective that puts digital, content, and social at its core offering. Clients deserve a modern, customer centric, and ethical approach to their marketing needs.
Daniel’s mission is to support organisations in creating real-world outcomes through social-first thinking, all powered by data-led strategies and strong creative visions.
For more than 12 years, Daniel has worked with a wide range of global brands such as JustEat, Anglo American, American Airlines, easyJet, and Ticketmaster, developing strategies and digitally-focused creative campaigns to support everything from social commerce, to community engagement, to CSR. In 2018, Daniel was named FSB’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year – and now, with the support of his trusted leadership team, he has scaled the tree, into a Top 10 Drum Elite Agency (as voted for by clients).
Daniel regularly contributes as a thought leader in industry press and is a regular speaker and podcast guest for the CIM. He hopes his opinions and ideas can support the industry and spark important debate among his peers. As part of his commitment to the industry he now Chairs the Creative Marketing Council part of the PRCA to support industry professional, improve best practice and raise the profile of digital and social marketing.
