Adam has been with the tree since 2020, leading both the social and activation teams while working across strategy, creation and activation for all retained and prospective clients.
Adam’s key motivation is creating social content that’s rooted in insights, data and audience behaviour. Over the last 10+ years he has worked in social media with both household names and boutique brands, built and led social-first teams, and garnered extensive experience across organic and paid social – alongside display and search.
Adam is fuelled by the need to build content that’s memorable to the audience long after they scroll away. He strives to build custom, purpose-built content that is focused in the brands key objectives and pushes their KPIs to their limit.
He regularly contributes to the wider industry and talks vocally about his passion for making sure that all content is built within a social-first lens.
