It was great to see David Rawlinson, founding Director of Restaurant Property, appear on Bloomberg news last week. David was asked onto the show with Michelin Star holder Ollie Dabbous, of Dabbous restaurant fame, to discuss the importance of the Michelin Star to the modern restaurateur.
David shared his expert knowledge of restaurant operations on Manus Cranny’s business show, taking the opportunity to praise Restaurant Property’s partner Arjun Waney.
“If you look at people like the Waney family, who are proud owners of The Arts Club, Coya, La Petit Masion, Roka they’re very happy not having Michelin Stars and they’re probably some of the most successful companies out there.”
The interview featured cutaways to the video content we recently produced for Restaurant Property. On top of this exposure being great for David and the company, it also marked the first time our video content has been broadcast on television.
We’re thrilled to see the shots that Ed and Richard, our videographer, took on a station with such high standards as Bloomberg, and can’t wait for our next taste of television success!
