US barbecue is big business. From powerful burgers to sumptuous ribs and melt in the mouth meats, the UK just can’t get enough.
Five years ago, few people had even heard of pulled pork. Fast-forward to today and US barbecue cuisine has grown into a £68m industry in the UK. You can even buy pulled pork packets of Walkers.
Porky’s is one of the UK’s only true, traditional Memphis barbecue brands. With three restaurants open across London, and new venues to open in Shoreditch, Camden, and Bankside, Porky’s are on a meat mission to feed our fascination with barbecue.
The barbecue is a staple of American cuisine as well as being a firm favourite with the tree team, so you may have to forgive our giddy squeals of excitement as Porky’s choose us to manage their marketing.
We’ll be working with Porky’s to build both their on- and offline marketing, spicing things up on the social sphere as the brand expands.
