5 Cool Consumer Initiatives Happening at the tree

Shamelessly, this post is 100% about our young, leafy agency and its clients. Inventive ideas at the tree are shining through, even if the weather isn’t. In addition to pushing long-term client strategies, we’ve been actively seeking and supporting exciting short-term initiatives.   

I’ll leave you to judge, but I reckon we’re helping brands to be cool right now. 

1. Simplexity #LiveSimplexity bloggers’ box with Rihanna at Wembley Stadium

Luxury travel providers, Simplexity, are used to providing first-class travel and entertainment experiences for their discerning customers. This evening they’ll be entertaining an excitable, but still discerning, set of Instagrammers. We’re hosting some of social media’s top influencers in the Simplexity box at Wembley Stadium where they’ll dance the night away to Rihanna.   

2. The Nice Guys film premiere with The Sun and Porky’s BBQ

On behalf of Porky’s BBQ, we helped facilitate a competition with The Sun and The Nice Guys movie premiere. Lucky winners got free BBQ food, a night’s stay at the Cavendish Hotel, and a drool-worthy chance to attend the screening with Ryan Gosling himself. Social engagement was through the roof as fans told us who they wanted to take with them and why. Our Outreach Specialist, ReeRee, was at the event and we can confirm that Ryan Gosling is, indeed, “a hot dish”.  

3. Filming at Pioneer and Lost Village festival

Our star videographer, Richard, has been working the crowd. He’s currently in high demand from Pioneer, shooting their DJ equipment with a whole host of well-renowned artists behind the 1s and 2s. Rich was also sent to Lost Village festival to pick-up footage of party goers throughout the weekend. Thankfully, he managed to stay out of trouble and captured the spirit of the mysterious, fast-growing festival in the woods.    

4. Cosmopolitan competition with award-winning skincare brand FrezyDerm

The FrezyDerm #SummerMoments campaign has just launched, with a competition that’s well worth exploring. Their award winning suncare range is drawing great attention on social media. As part of the campaign, we partnered with Cosmopolitan in a bid to build a wanting database of consumers. The competition gathered pace quickly, resulting in nearly 3,000 fresh contacts for the global brand that’s hitting the UK market this year.    

5. Rugby stars back Porky’s BBQ in Crowdcube campaign

Chris Wyles and Alistair Hargreaves, two of Saracens’ domestic and European champion players, have been liaising with the team to back the Porky’s BBQ Crowdcube campaign, which has now reached £170k in funds. They are also the proud creators of Wolfpack craft lager, which is now on taps across all five of Porky’s sites. Going forward, we’ll be working to help push events and partnership opportunities too.

We're looking forward to more of the same as our Outreach squad pushes our clients into previously unknown but fruitful territories.
