What attracted me to the tree?

From the moment I received my first call about an interview I had a great feeling about the tree. The chance to work within a passionate company to deliver creative content, expand and build a team of like minded, talented, inspirational people excited me.

My desire to work with the tree was firmly planted after meeting Daniel and Edward now we deliver some of the finest client content I have ever had the privilege to work on.

My experience

17 years ago my journey into the world of creative design started when I joined a post production company designing interfaces for interactive learning software.

Naturally I progressed into web design and took over the reigns by looking after all the interactive output of the company. After passing through Birmingham as a Creative Manager - I ended up in London working for Lowe and Partners on brands such as SEAT, Lenovo, Samsung to name but a few.

Working for one of the worlds largest advertising agencies was a dream come true but after a while I realised that my passion for creative design would be better nurtured in a more intimate, agile and innovative team such as the tree.

Meet the team

Be interesting and interested. That's what we ask of our staff.

The opportunity to build a team and service clients using your own ideas is exciting, isn’t it?

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

My interests lie in more than marketing. It's people and culture that fuel my ideas.

Trying to overcome my crisp addiction one day at a time.

Design, Design, Design!!!

The play's the thing

Cup of tea anyone?

A mind is like a parachute – it doesn't work if it's not open!

You have to be tech sharp in marketing. We're developing our own products which is great.

Filming the moving world can generate masses of emotion for viewers

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?

There’s always something new to be learned.

I was immediately encapsulated by the creativity and enthusiasm

I was immediately welcomed onto the team and treated as one of their own.

Jonathan Foan

Their passion for what they do is beyond infectious and is instantly inspiring.

There is such a collaborative nature working here.

A huge part of being an apprentice is learning from everyone around me.

It’s been so fun watching and learning from the best!
