What attracted me to the tree?

Tom (Rhodes) told me about the tree when he started working here. I was a philosopher at the time. I met Dan and Ed and knew I’d feel right at home. They offered me a job before I had even graduated, which let me know they meant business, and I accepted before I’d even had a holiday, letting them know I didn’t have a roaming data plan.

My experience

Working at the tree is my first job. I have nothing else to compare it to really, but I am yet to experience any of the cliché office negatives more experienced professionals moan about. I’m finding the tree a fun and dynamic place to work; literally every week something exciting is happening, so there’s a great buzz around the office all the time.

Still being quite a small team, it’s lovely having the chance to get to know everyone really well. You can see exactly how your work is helping the company, so it’s impossible not to feel deeply part of everything that’s going on.

Meet the team
