What attracted me to the tree?

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree. The people seemed genuine and the atmosphere was one of positivity and almost tangible ambition – the more I got to know the team the more my initial suspicions were confirmed.

In addition to this, the tree’s continually developing tech offering and open-minded, inquisitive approach excites me greatly, watch this space!

My experience

After completing my bachelor’s degree in Cape Town, I realised a quick career progression with a psychology and philosophy major was going to be more elusive than I had anticipated…Deciding I needed more opportunity (and sunshine) in my life, I made the move to London.

Having always been something of a technophile, I talked my way into a marketing role in a 3D printing start-up. Over the years I climbed the ranks and grew the site from a few hundred to a few million monthly users and transformed the platform to one of the largest of its kind in the world.

I successfully launched and grew the B2B offering of the company and worked with brands such as BBC, Barclays and Sony to help them understand this new space and develop cutting-edge solutions to further their growth.

Turning my sights on the tree I’m doing what I do best, building relationships, growing the business and having a whole load of fun!

Meet the team

Be interesting and interested. That's what we ask of our staff.

The opportunity to build a team and service clients using your own ideas is exciting, isn’t it?

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

My interests lie in more than marketing. It's people and culture that fuel my ideas.

Trying to overcome my crisp addiction one day at a time.

Design, Design, Design!!!

A mind is like a parachute – it doesn't work if it's not open!

You have to be tech sharp in marketing. We're developing our own products which is great.

Filming the moving world can generate masses of emotion for viewers

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?

Jonathan Foan

Their passion for what they do is beyond infectious and is instantly inspiring.

There is such a collaborative nature working here.

There’s a brilliant atmosphere here, and you can see that reflected in the quality of work.

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree.
