What attracted me to the tree?

I fell for the tree because of its atmosphere and ambition. From my experience it's very rare to find an agency that makes you feel at home before you've even seen your very first day. As well as being a lovely bunch, there's also a progressive atmosphere here which makes the agency a really exciting place to be as it grows and grows.

My experience

I began my professional career as a social media creative at Karmarama where I worked with a number of high profile clients including Virgin Active and Cobra Beer helping to craft their voice on social.

After my time at Karmarama I moved to 360i where I took on a more integrated role managing the content creation process for a variety of food, lifestyle and travel brands. Working with the likes of Lidl, Thomson Holidays and Enterprise Rent-a-Car I created content for their social channels while helping to define what success on social looked like as their communities continued to grow.

I also practice what I preach by running my own recipe blog at and on Instagram @colouringcook

Meet the team

Be interesting and interested. That's what we ask of our staff.

The opportunity to build a team and service clients using your own ideas is exciting, isn’t it?

No one would mind me saying that this is a diverse and unique mix of individuals.’s a young, exciting organisation that’s ready to blossom

From my very first interview, I had a great feeling about the tree.

There’s a brilliant atmosphere here, and you can see that reflected in the quality of work.

Trying to overcome my crisp addiction one day at a time.

Design, Design, Design!!!

A mind is like a parachute – it doesn't work if it's not open!

You have to be tech sharp in marketing. We're developing our own products which is great.

Filming the moving world can generate masses of emotion for viewers

Why not try and have some fun with work, fancy a beer?
