Farsight Recruitment was established over 10 years ago, delivering a highly efficient construction recruitment services driven by a happy and determined team. With an ambitious year-on-year growth plan in place, the CEO was looking to partner with an agency.
We set ourselves on a path of discovery, sourcing clients, candidates and employees for a 360° view of the business. As part of this, we distributed more than 1,000 questionnaires to key people in their database.
We worked to align the visuals with the messaging framework we created. As they are experts in multiple sectors, we created a series of on-brand icons that were used across the website and in animated videos. In addition, we crafted a suite of corporate stationery and designed interior office designs that connected the brand with the space in which Farsight operate.
We have always been known for living and breathing our brand, but this has given us a new lease of life. After working with the tree, the business looks much smarter and we are already working to our fresh brand values and vision on a daily basis.
